Currently, we ship to North America only (United States & Canada). We’re working on expanding worldwide shipping soon — stay tuned!

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

• Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.

• During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

• Standard delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at support@matchalabskyoto.com. We’ll investigate and, if necessary, issue a full refund.
